Reflow Oven Maintenance Precautions

1. Equipment maintenance should be carried out at room temperature as much as possible, and maintenance work must be carried out at room temperature.
2. Equipment should be placed in a clean working environment to avoid dust and other factors affecting welding quality.
3. Equipment maintenance must be specially set aside for one day or half a day for shutdown maintenance. Regularly check the lubrication of each drive roller, tensioning roller, shaft, bearing, chain, sprocket, motor, and cooling fan, remove dirt, and apply high-temperature-resistant lubricating oil.
4. Open the hood, and regularly check and remove dirt on the inner wall of the exhaust and exhaust vents to ensure clean air circulation.
