On September 20, the launching ceremony of South China Microelectronics Industry College and the second meeting of the second board of directors of Shenzhen Terminal Electronics Manufacturing Industry Association were grandly held in Shenzhen. The event was jointly initiated and carefully planned by Shenzhen Terminal Electronics Manufacturing Industry Association and many well-known colleges and leading enterprises in the industry, and the “South China Microelectronics Industry College” was officially established.
Among them, S&M was awarded the title of South China Microelectronics Industry College (Training Base) for its industry-leading technology, outstanding innovation and quality. It provides students with an immersive factory-based training environment and implements a “factory-based learning system.”
The goal of the South China Microelectronics Industry College Training Base is to become a cradle for talent cultivation in the microelectronics industry and a highland for technological innovation. S&M actively responded to the call and worked with the Terminal Electronics Manufacturing Industry Association to jointly formulate talent training plans, develop training courses, and build training bases. Through training, students can be exposed to the latest technologies and processes, understand the actual needs of enterprises, and lay a solid foundation for future employment and entrepreneurship.
